Conference (on-site)
The conference is organized into four sessions of keynote speeches and round tables. Dividing the sessions, there will be a lunch break and 3 rounds of B2B meetings and showcases.

Physical B2B meetings
A dedicated area will be equipped with 20 B2B stations, with electrical connections. An online platform will be made available to plan beforehand 30 minutes length B2B meetings, which will be organized according to the programme, in about 3 sessions.

Demo Area
The demo area will host small scale demo showcases including prototypes/video/equipment regarding innovative emerging tech solutions deployed in European/Italian Cities.

Supporting European Networks will also have their own stand to be used to give information about activities/services/upcoming events.

During the B2B activities, the demo area will be open for participants not engaged in the meetings..

Partnerships for Horizon Europe (P4HEU) – online side event

The specific part on Partnerships for Horizon Europe is a European event organised by the Italian Technology Cluster for Smart Communities together with around 12 European clusters, focused on supporting ideas for proposals on specific Horizon Europe topics for the next forthcoming calls. The companies can apply to pitch their ideas and competences and assess potential collaborations with other international partners.

The online part of the B2Bs will be open to participants not able to join the physical meetings and will include the brokerage event of “Partnerships for Horizon Europe (P4HEU): ideas and competences for smart city projects – 6th edition”.
